Anyone else????
Like many of you I've been TTC for almost 7 years, but you kniw hiw tgey say stress and negative feelings actually might interfere with getting your BFP! Well what I like to do to get all those feelings out, to "detox" my emotional state it's watch on YouTube "pregnancy reactions" or "finding out I'm pregnant". I cry rivers, but these are tears of joy, it makes my heart so so happy seeing other women get their BFP after months or years TTC.. Instead of giving myself stress over "why I can't get pregnant" or "I hope I get my BFP this month" as I feel that will actually give me stress, stress I definitely don't need right now!
