I wasn't meant to get here

I am 23, my partner and I have been ttc for 10 months now. That was not meant to happen to me. I'm young, I'm relatively fit and healthy, my partner already has 2 children. We were meant to decide we wanted a baby and it happen. It hasn't. I'm still confused why it hasn't happened, I feel we've done everything right. After a few months of not getting pregnant I decided I didn't ever want get to the point I was peeing on stick daily to check when I was ovulating. This month I did. We have had sex when we were 'meant to' despite being very ill this week I've pulled myself up and done it. That's its, it's down to my body to hopefully work the miracle this month. I'll be at a loss if it doesn't work again.
