How long milk good out of fridge?

I couldn't quite find the answer online and I  wondering if I take a bottle of refrigerated (never frozen) milk that is about a day or two, old how long could I put it in my diaper bag to feed the baby later? Is it six hours from when it hits room temp or is there another timeframe since it's already been refrigerated? Thank you!
