Is this normal?

I removed my nexplanon implant 2 days ago and the next morning after the removal I started bleeding (not spotting) and then the next morning I continue bleeding. But I had my period the beginning of the month of April. And I don't know if I had a 2 period or it's the implant because I had it for 4 years and I always gotten my period every month or 2 times a month (depends). So what should I do?
