First bikini wax!

So I went and got my first wax done today, I had full legs and bikini done. I am pretty disappointed with the results though!! There's still some noticeable hair on my legs and a lot on my bikini line! Is this normal or did she just do a terrible job?! Like its bad enough where it looks like I should probably shave it but I know I can't because that would irritate my skin so bad!
