Anyone here have trouble with their platelets or been told they have ITP?

I have a condition called ITP and when I am pregnant it worsens. My platelets are now 72 and I was prescribed dexamethasone for 4 days to boost platelets and they will recheck count next week! Anyone else here on the same boat or has taken that drug before while pregnant? My other question is has anyone here taken papaya leaf tea during pregnancy and did it boost your platelets? No complications while taking the tea?? Thank you!
