Side and pelvic pain

I have been having for almost 2 weeks pain that started in my left side and then radiated to my right side on and off. At first It was sharp pain that started as crampy feeling. It now is where my uterus and pubic area is and is painful and has been this way for about a week. Its like it won't go away. At first I thought it may be ovulation pain but now that's it's almost 2 weeks it's starting to worry me. Anyone else had this before? Please give feedback:(
