12 or 13 dpo spotting

I have been sick with what seems like a cold. Tender breasts, nausea, burping, headaches, food cravings. I just ended birth control over a month ago. Positive ovulation test "peak day" April 8th. My SO and I bed day of ovulation and twice the day after. Very light spotting light pink/orange and has completely went away. No cramps. Glow says my AF is due in two days another app says my AF isn't due until next week. All BFNs.
