Breast pump questions!

FTM here getting ready to get a breast pump from my insurance. They cover medela pump in style, freemie, and spectra S2. People tell me to get the medela because of the accessories it comes with, but I'm confused what accessories that I could possibly need that the others don't have? I've been leaning towards the Spectra but I'd hate to get it and find out I'm in need of something that isn't made for my pump! The only things I can see wanting to make sure it has is the ability to dual pump, and being able to wear a hands-free pumping bra with it.
