Can anyone help me with cervical cap questions??
I'm due in a few weeks and really don't want to go back on hormonal birth control. I'm looking into getting a cervical cap but still have a few questions. I know the pregnancy risk is higher after you have a baby.
Do you HAVE to use spermicide?
I get utis and yeast infections extremely easily and would rather not use spermicide. We will also be using the pull out method.
Do you HAVE to keep it in for hours afterwards even if he pulled out?
What soap do you wash it with?
How can you tell if it comes out of place during sex??
What's your overall review of it?
Anything else I should know before trying it??
