Are my nipples weird?

Okay, kind of weird, but—my nipples sometimes are like 'pancakes' with literally nothing "poking out" and kind of close to my natural skin color, just a little more tan and sometimes they are hard with lots of bumps and 2-ish shades darker than my skin. Is this weird or normal? Opinions?

Girl same!! So I have no idea if this is normal but it happens to me too like they'll be super soft and flat then other times they stick out, it might be I think it's because I'm not done growing though, are you done?

Everyone's are different! The nipples you see on TV are not what a lot of people have. Nipple and breast shape/color vary from person to person and will change over your life time.
