7 days late but bfn

I'm super confused about what exactly is going on right now. So I just recently stopped taking the pill after only 3 months of being on it. I'm currently 7 days late but I'm getting bfns. Not sure if it's because I stopped taking birth control or what. I'm getting symptoms like crazy too. Has this happened to anyone else? 😩
