Glow logs glitch?

Is it just mine or does anyone else's logs keep glitching I log my parental vitamin and symptoms ect like it not saving them all properly saying I've missed vitamins or I've logged vomiting 9 time during this pregnancy when I've only logged 2

Mine does this, ever since they updated their app with the premium option.. which I don't have.. but I'll log data and then a day or two later the previous days stuff is missing.
