I'm having these sharp pains in my right boob on the top and I'm only 13+4 
every post I've seen about it is further along women who have the pain on the underside and then shortly after they start leaking milk. Can I already be getting close to leaking? I mean I've already felt the baby move. could it all just be progressing faster than usual?
