One week through the TWW

Cannot decide if I want next weekend to hurry up so I can find out or if I am a little scared in case I don't get a BFP. Part of me wants to get my partner a cute prezzie incase its + but I don't wanna get my homes up and cry on whatever I buy next week 😕 also b coming increasingly confused how people ever manage to conscience on one night stands etc. I was told for so many years if I had unprotected sex once or missed a pill I would get pregnant and now I want to be pregnant it doesn't seem to be the case!
