10.2% chance/fertile window

So, my fiancé and I had completely unprotected sex, which never happens. I checked glow and it said I have 10.2% fertility, and I am currently in my green fertility window.

Any advice in regard to being pregnant, or not? We are getting married in September, and although it wouldn't be the best timing, babies are blessings. What do you think?!
