So tired

Yesterday I was having pretty strong contractions for a few hours that were five minutes apart , I went to the hospital and I'm still one centimeter dilated...so they sent me home. It seems like my body was trying to go into labor, but it stalled. I've been having contractions, but no dilation occurring... I'm due on Monday and I'm so ready to have this baby , anyone know any tips to help stalled labor?
