HELP.😪

Ok so for about 3-4 days I had very sore and tender beasts..my period is due in about 2-4 days. I always get sore breasts before my period but I'm afraid of pregnancy.

A week before my ovulation day, and then 2 days after my ovulation day, my boyfriend and I got together. I may have encountered pre-seminal fluid either on his fingers and then inserted into me or had some around my vulva. I am super scared! There was no penetration..but could I get pregnant this way?!?! I have slight cramps now and then too but no bleeding..
