FACE TANNING TIPS PLEASE
I don't know what I'm doing wrong but I have been tanning for about 2 weeks in a level two bed and my face WONT tan. I don't wear make up, I put lotion on my face, the bed I use has the facial tanner... WHAT DO I DO?! help ?!
