I'm 21+2 today and when I went to the restroom I notice a small amount of yellowish green mucus like discharge. It wasn't a lot, maybe the size of a pencil eraser or even smaller. Regardless, I called my doctor to make sure there was nothing to worry about. She just told me that they didn't want to make a diagnosis over the phone so she would have to do a pelvic exam on Monday. I asked her if this might disrupt anything and she said no because all they would do is take a look and do a swab if anything looked out of the ordinary. She assured me that they wouldn't be checking my cervix but I'm still worried that the exam might cause some unwanted complications. Has anyone else had an experience like this?
