Is morning sickness kicking in..

I wonder if my morning sickness is kicking in or it's just nausea. I have the chills and im shaky. I have been drinking lots of water and Powerade to keep up with my fluids to make sure I don't get dehydrated.. I feel like shit all over again when I was 8 weeks pregnant with my daughter but I'm only 6 weeks & 1 day..
