Need advice

Baby is breastfed, 16 weeks old. Sleeps In a rock n play by my bed. He does not sleep well through the night. Maybe 4 hours tops, then he wants to be held and dream feed. It feels like every person on the planet is telling me to give him rice cereal. But he breastfeeds. Giving him a bottle wud mean that i then had to turn around and pump and imo rice cereal is nothing but junk. I just want to hear that I'm not the only one in this sleep deprived boat.
