Pregnant. What do I do next?

I just found out that I am pregnant yesterday. According to Glow I'm about 4 weeks. What is my next step? Advice in scheduling appointments? When to schedule? Who to schedule with? This is our first child and I'm not really sure what I need to do.

Find an OB In your area & schedule appointments with them.

Call the nearest OB! If you don't like the doctor after the first appointment, it isn't a bad idea to switch while it's still early. I did that and I'm SO glad. Or ask any pregnant friends and see who they recommend.
I called my OB at 4 wks and they scheduled my first appointment when I was almost 11 weeks! Felt like an eternity of waiting but it was worth it cause we got a stellar ultrasound.

Find an OBG office and fill out paperwork to become a patient. Make sure to have your insurance card and they will have you pee in a cup at the beginning of every appointment

Get an appt with an OB, don't drink or smoke any more (if you were), eat healthy, exercise (within your normal limits), don't stress. And congrats!!

In the meantime start taking prenatal vitamins, don't drink alcohol, no smoking and don't do any recreational drugs.
