Which prom dress design is the best?

I'm embellishing a prom dress with embroidered flowers. I will also be altering parts of it depending the design I choose. If I choose to put the flowers around the neckline I will dip the neckline with the flowers. If I choose to put it around the waist I will thin the straps and give it a sweetheart neckline. With that it mind, which design do you like best?

I like be the flowers on the neckline but you would need to add something to the waist line to give you a nice figure finish. But they both look beautiful. ✨✨

The waist one is beautiful and really gives a different look. In not a fan of the neck one for a younger person.
