When should I go to the ER

I've been throwing up since 7pm last night and it is now 3:54 AM... Is the baby getting anything ? Should I go to the ER now ? How do I know I'm dehydrated or anything ? Sorry this might be a dumb question I'm a FTM I literally can't even keep water down

I had the stomach flu a few weeks ago and went to the ER after a day of throwing up and non stop diareah (sp?) and they gave me 2 bags of IV fluid, I felt so much better. I would go if I were you.

Are you having any pains at all? I had a stomach virus twice when I was 8 months pregnant. It was not fun. You need to try and drink as much fluids as your body will let you and rest. Hope you feel better quickly.
