Cyat wall removed?

My doctor performed a laproscopy on me yesterday.

And he told my mother that i still had a piece of tube on my left side which a previous sergery i had said they had taken entire left tube and ovary. And he said that, leaving a piece could interfere with getting pregnant. I just cant see how ??? Does any one have an opinion.

He originally went in to look for scar tissue or adheisions from 2 previous surgeries. And he told her it was not as bad as he thought and he didnt remove the cyst but he did remove the cyst wall cann someone explain to me what that me what that means??

I wont get to talk with him untill my 3 week post op visit. I just need an idea.
