Coconut oil vitamin
I am 20 weeks pregnant and I have always taken coconut oil vitamins but stopped when I became pregnant and only take a Prenatal. I want to start taking my coconut oil vitamins again but not sure if it's safe. I know it's safe and good to eat straight coconut oil but that makes me sick so is it ok to take the vitamin? I want the health benefits
