I'm always ill.
For the past few months I have been feeling so ill, like a constant flu I can't shake no matter what I do.
I've been taking vitamins for months, upped my water intake, eat a good amount of iron and protein, but I'm always feeling so low, sickly, and drained.
I have been working with children for a few months, which could be part of the reason why my immune system is so low, but it's becoming a nusience.
I'm going to try and see a doctor about it soon, but I was wondering if there is anything I can do in the mean time that I haven't already tried doing.
Any advice or tips?
