Need some advice

I'm 5 weeks pregnant today, I have had 2 miscarriages one in October and one in May last year. I'm getting a little aching pain on the lower left side of my belly. It's not there constantly. It just comes and goes. Is this normal or should I go up the hospital? I'm just really worries as don't want to miscarry again. Can any of you girls help me out? Thanks in advance. X
