Help! Major cramping and nausea..

usually I'll post on here and no one responds. I hope you guys do... I need support and want to support you too. AF DUE 5/3, so I'm 6dpo today. I have major cramping and nausea. Feel like I'm gonna spew my brains after I eat, and the cramping is constant. Scale from 1-10 it comes in waves always a 6+. This is my first cycle and I'm in a lot of discomfort. Could this be implantation? I don't remember this with my son... Have you guys gone through this or are you going through this? What's your check in and how's your cycle going?
