What do BH contractions feel like for you?

I'm in my 19th week and don't think I've experienced them quite yet but I did feel a tightening sensation in my abdominal area super early this morning as well as what felt like an extreme need to use the restroom for a BM and my kind of period like cramps which are typically strong enough to cause me to curl up in the fetal position. The feeling went away after a minute or so and didn't cause much discomfort but I've seen a lot of ladies say that they mimick what actual real labour contractions feel like and I've always been told that those ones are pretty painful?
