Endometriosis help

Melissa
Hi ladies, anyone ever been diagnosed with this disease? I feel like I am having symptoms that have been going on 2 weeks but been trying to wait it out to see if it gets better. I'm really scared this may be what it is cause I know it can cause infertility. If you've had it, can u please give me your symptoms? Thanks

I have been diagnosed with Adenomyosis. It's so painful all month & getting worse as I'm getting older. Some days I can't get out of bed cause of the pain

Not yet nope. I have 2 children (14 & 6) & it got bad after each one. Now that I've had 2 mc's were looking into seeing if this is affecting it or not. I am currently 9 DPO so waiting to test in the next couple days. I also have to take progesterone as soon as I get a positive

So they didn't say it would affect TTC?

I haven't had any!! My Dr has never said anything about it. But because it's getting worse we are looking what we can do now. So hopefully the ball is rolling

We've been trying for almost 3years. I've had ultrasounds to check for cysts and I have a tiny one and they said it wouldn't effect my fertility. But idk

Thanks. Has it affected your ability to conceive?

I have stage 4 endometriosis- I was diagnosed about 4 years ago. I was in pain all the time and when my periods came around, I would be sick and couldn't get out of bed for days. I would be throwing up from the pain & bleeding was super heavy. Sex was also extremely painful.

I felt so alone and didn't know where to turn for answers. I am always happy to help others so they don't have to struggle like I did. ❤️

Yes, I actually ended up having 3 surgeries. The first two were not with a trained endo excision Doctor (I was naive at the time). They can only officially diagnose endometriosis by surgery. I hope this helps. If you ever have any questions about it, let me know because when I was going through it,
