Question

I'm a first time mom and have heard mixed things about using Dreft to wash baby clothes vs regular detergent. Thoughts?

I never used it! Normal detergent or You could try anything that's not scented. I know ALL makes one that's free of dyes and scents. I personally just used our regular stuff! Our kids don't have sensitive skin at all so we never needed it!

Draft is expensive, but if you don't mind paying the price go for it. Any brand of baby detergent will do, or a Free & Clear detergent. We used All Free and Clear with my first. It was easier for us to have a Free and Clear detergent we used on everything. That way if some of baby's clothes got mixed with ours, we didn't feel like we had to rehash it and we just had to be buying one kind of detergent.

I never used dreft, I felt it was too expensive. We use Purex baby detergent and our son has super sensative skin and is not bothered by it.

I have sensitive skin and can only use Purex detergent so we are going to use Purex baby for our little guy. They also make Purex crystals for baby.

I still use it to this day for my 7 and 2 year olds. I plan to keep using it. My kids have such sensitive skin and it's literally the only thing that doesn't cause them to break out.

I already use all free and clear bc otherwise I break out, so we are just gonna keep using that and use that for baby too
