Pregnancy after loss

I had a natural mc in early January. I'm now almost 8 weeks. I'm having a hard time getting excited. I check the tp every time I use the restroom, my so and I barely talk about it and I've only told two friends who were sworn to secrecy. I don't even think I want to announce until labor is over! I still have two weeks until my first us. Anyone else struggling? I know it's just self protection.
