No family😒

I am scared and nervous I have no family love or support. I can't even throw a baby shower because nobody would show up . it's soo heartbreaking. Om my husbands income alone I don't think we could afford everything. I tried selling stuff online and buying a few clothing items here and there but can't afford anything else.... I even made a registry for "family" who said they want to get baby diapers or a little something and nothing has been purchased. I am beyond stressed and hurt. I am usually the one who throws everyones partys but since I got sick and couldn't work nobody is around.

Any advice ??? 😞
