How do you figure out DPO with Glow App?

Question

Today is my most fertile day but there are two more green days... Read you can test 10 days DPO but have no idea when I am DPO? 😁 such a newbie

Im a little confused with that too....ive read that your highest ovulation days are 12-14 days past last day of las period....but glow doesnt reflect that....so....i start testing everyday from my first green day until 2 days before my next period....generally, my positive tests have been 12 13 and 14 days after last period.....best of luck chica!

Ignore the glow prediction for a minute.  Your dpo is counted after ovulation.  If you are only using opks, you would count your ovulation day as one or two days after a positive opk.  Using opk only you cant be sure when or if you ovulated (only bbt cant confirm) but its a good guess.

I say ignore the glow prediction because it is based on an average and everyone is different.  For me, i ovulayed yesterday based on bbt and it said my fertile window only began on friday and stretches till Wednesday.  If i went by that, 3 days of the green are actually dpo and not fertile.
