I'm 5weeks & 2 days!!!

Hey you guys I'm new here I'm 5w & 2d so about a couple days ago I had lower back cramps & stomach cramps ( very dull a hey like) or as if I'm starting my period it's lasted for a weeks worth of time. I'm wondering should this be a concern? I'm so nervous about miss carrying because of a former bv inf. has anybody experienced this light lower back cramps before? This is my 3rd pregnancy & ive never experienced it before.
