Does anybody remember what this 90's toy is called???

It is a watersnake, and they were invented way before the 90s. I played with them as a small child in the early 80s and I'm almost positive they were created well before that as well. They just kind of evolved into glittery watersnakes with little objects inside, which they weren't originally. Originally they were just one solid color.
