Subchorionic bleed

Has anyone on here ever had a subchorionic bleed. I started spotting, heavy and light depending on what day it is...just wondering if anyone has had this how long the spotting lasted. My doc says that my body should absorb this, but it is still worrying. I am 13 weeks now.
