Trying for rainbow baby 🌈

I'm 12 dpo. I have a lot of pregnancy signs atm but too scared to test as lost a baby early this month at 5 weeks. I've had a lot of right sided pains (I had a tubal pregnancy 3 years ago) so I'm terrified I am and if it will be that again as getting a lot of cramping as well. My nipples r really swallon which only happen when pregnant so I think I am but just can't help but stress I still won't be a mum and I'll lose my 4th baby. Anyone else experiencing cramping one sided ect or trying for rainbow baby ? Xx thank you
