New mom to be getting nervous

29 weeks now and just had the baby shower and getting all excited but also getting very nervous about the whole birthing process. I plan to not get an epidural but open to it if pain is not bariable. I am a fairly small framed person and growing more finally but just the mental countdown is making me worry! Help I need some words of encouragement or other new moms advice that has calmed them
