Missed miscarriage???

I am currently freaking out quite a bit. I've not had any of my usual symptoms today (nausea and tired) in fact they haven't been as frequent for the last 4 or 5 days. My boobs aren't really sore, not that they were to begin with. I'm not getting up in the evening to pee the last few nights. I'm feeling a little lost now as I've Google a missed miscarriage and apparently your symptoms just stop. I'm 7w2d just now. No general symptoms of a miscarriage though. Thought please ? I'm driving myself mad !
