Anyone else TTC with Hashimoto's?

I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's about 6 years ago I was not getting pregnant easy so I went to see my OB/GYN and he diagnosed me.  He changed my meds told me I should go gluten free gave me different supplements to take and did as much testing as he could he even checked a sample of my hubby's sperm and. He said the little guys look like they are a good quality but not sure at the count even saying that he was still very confident I could get pregnant. You ask why did my OB/GYN look at my hubby's sperm our health insurance does not cover male fertility testing for men over 44  so my OB/GYN is helping where he can.  So anyone else go thru this you both are good but nothing is happening?
