Need advice.

Recently my husband and I changed jobs. We aren't making near as much. We each make about $200 a week. His mother lives with us due to health issues, we have a 2 year old, and I am 12 weeks pregnant. We pay $600/ month for rent $300 for electric $500 for car $150 for our phones and that's not including insurance diapers groceries gas and other needs through the month. How do y'all budget? What are good ways to make money on the side? We will get back on our feet its just really hard right now.
