A group for me! Woo hoo!

What resource is the best to get a chart or locations where ZIKA is? We will be trying to conceive after our wedding and now one chart I saw on the news said it's even in all the lower United States and Hawaii- but I don't know what resource to trust because they say the guy can't get bit by it 6 months prior to TTC!?

Second question- have been on Sprintec for ....2- 3 years? Was going to go off it a few months prior to wedding to start TTC earlier but in your experience - is this a rough time on the body? Coming off the pill? Don't want to be sick or really uncomfortable approaching the wedding and honeymoon but we are trying to conceive ASAP - opinions? Wait to stop BC after wedding or quit a few months before? Dr said I might feel like I'm much healthier off BC but maybe he means several months after? and he said I could even loose weight. Thanks all!
