Anal plug

The beginning of this week my boyfriend asked me to put my anal plug in, it's a pretty big one. I've done that few times with him while we have sex, makes it more intense to me. I enjoy it a lot. But that day after I came, i felt really sick like throwing up, and bloating. My stomach was making all kinds of noises and I wasn't hungry. Next morning I woke up, threw up about 4 times, had diarrhea  and fever. My temperature was up to 100.4
