Can I break my water if I bend over to hard ??

If I keep bending over like where I'm squishing my stomach can my water break like that or squish baby ?

Answer

I doubt it, unless your water was going to break anyway. The only thing I can think of is if you lifted something too heavy and strained yourself it might put a bad amount of pressure, but I still am not sure that would break your water
