What freezer meals are you making for delivery?

I'm trying to go ahead and plan out my freezer (hubby has no cooking skill). I know I'll be exhausted when baby gets here. What are you planning in putting in your freezer?

Stouffers! LOL.  I have one who just turned 4, a 2.5 year old, and work full time.  I had dreamed of making healthy freezer meals but I see a lot of take out and frozen lasagna in our future :-)

As I do most the cooking my husband happily got me a small freezer for the garage. Thus far I have made:
Leek soup
Veggie soup
Vegan chili for slow cooker
Pot roast for slow cooker
Spinach Lasagnas
Shepard's pie 
Stuffed chicken breasts
Breaded sole fillets
Chicken pot pies 
Veggie marinara sauce
 Pesto cubes
And I seasoned some whole chicken for roasting and some splits for the BBQ. I wish I had more veggie dishes maybe one of your lists will inspire me. Happy cooking

I've been making extras of things and freezing them:
Cooked hamburger
Cooked chicken breast 
Taco meat
Rice
Shepherds pie
Chicken pot pie
Chicken, broccoli, and rice casserole

I need to make some more things, but I already don't want to stand in the kitchen. :(

My best friend is spending a day or two up here and told me she plans on making us a couple of meals. However, hubby will get to stay home with me for 4 weeks after the c section, so he will be able to do some cooking. We also freeze extra food from large batch dinners for future use. We have some pulled pork, chicken noodle soup and some meat sauces.

With my last baby, I had lasagna,  chalupas, and scalloped potatoes frozen and ready to just throw in the oven. We also get Schwan's service so I purchased items that would make quick and easy dinners also. This time, I plan to do the same. Also, since this is out 3rd child, we chose to not have a baby shower, which some family members were a little sad about. So my mom wants to organize a meet the baby party about a week after she is born,  so they can come see the baby, and my mom wants everyone to bring a frozen dinner for us, which will be amazing! Pinterest has great recipes for freezing dinners, btw.

We already do big batches and freeze leftovers, mostly things like spag bol, veggie soups, chicken curry, casseroles, vegetarian lasagne ect...
It will be the middle of winter here in Australia when bubs is born, which is lucky, as it's too hot in summer for most of the things that store well in the freezer!

We're moving next week. After we get into the new place I will be double batch cooking dinner for the family. One to eat that night. One to freeze. Thus far the plan is:
Enchiladas
Lasagna
Beef or chicken fajitas
Red sauce with turkey sausage for noodles
Corn potato chowder
Chicken rice soup
Homemade mac and cheese with little smokies

I love veggie burgers so I'll make a bunch of those and some breakfast burritos.  Trying to think if things that I can heat up and eat easily when my husband goes back to work.
