Body playing games?

So me and my bf have been ttc for a while now, i had actually given up because i was tired of getting BFN...well several months ago i found out that i had hyperthyroidism and after a month and a half on meds i actually ovulated for the first time. So now here i am AF going on 4 days late, sore swollen boobs, tired all the time but negative test? Could my prayers finally be answered or do u think its just all in my head?
