Tmi but advice?

I've noticed two little red marks as you can see. They're really small but sting a little. I had sex a week ago with a guy I've been with for 7 months and this has never happened. I'm bleeding from my vag too but considering my period was supposed to start in four days I'm assuming it just started early is all. I don't know if this makes a difference but I have influenza A and am taking tamiflu. Is this something to be concerned about??
